This entry summarizes the recent source changes and refreshed documentation. It is marked upcoming: a source commit, local test, or same-version Yalc update does not establish publication to the registry or readiness of a deployment. Check the artifact and environment you actually use.
Durable work and observability
Delivery documents its attempt-aware worker, committed submission boundary, unknown-outcome recovery, and standalone suppression service. Notifications supports outbound-only composition and caller-supplied logical idempotency with durable admissions. Queue retries do not authorize blindly repeating a send.
Errors preserves original capture identity separately from sanitized data and exposes final-event Sentry sanitization. Cache adds batch operations, bounded memory, observations, expiry sweeping, and fenced publication after distributed loading.
Explicit policy choices
Accounts retains single-owner defaults while supporting optional multi-owner policy, last-owner protection, and transactional authorization. API keys makes prefix and secret entropy configurable. Rolling-window rate limiting adds a named cooldown policy and PostgreSQL adapter without redefining existing algorithms. The Prisma runtime guide now explains the opt-in dispatch fence and its exact-version qualification limits.
SMTP receipt evidence and Postmark attribution are covered in the Mail guide. Feeds supports separate summaries, native RSS categories, and standard Atom rights/icon metadata. Crypto declarations support Node-only consumers without ambient DOM types; CLI discovery can exclude generated bundles and product-specific directories.
Prepare an account before upgrading
The dashboard supports verified Free account owners/admins issuing ordinary registry tokens before subscribing. Paid access follows account eligibility, so the same token can work after upgrade; creating it does not grant Pro access. Owner upgrade actions, a dedicated Account Settings page, optional personal product-update preferences, and the shared site/dashboard theme make that path clearer. The account and registry guide explains the boundaries, including preview availability and webhook-confirmed access.
The site can expose signup/sign-in links when a reviewed dashboard origin is configured. This does not enable billing or publish packages. Plus remains planned; unallocated paid packages are not silently included in a tier.
Composition, not implicit guarantees
New public references cover native authentication, durable security projections, and background sync hints. Each separates supplied primitives from host coordination and remaining runtime qualification. Review those limits before replacing an application's existing authority.
