Prefer Web-standard boundaries
Portable packages avoid Node-only dependencies unless an explicit Node entry point is selected. Workers KV provides an eventually consistent cache, R2 provides structural object storage, and Durable Objects keep strongly coordinated rate-limit state local to the storage primitive without changing application policy.
Queue consumers and localization
Cloudflare Queues now has an explicit producer/consumer adapter with per-message acknowledgement, retry and durable quarantine requirements. Worker templates preserve the queue bindings you review; verify them in your own Cloudflare deployment.
The portable localization core supports locale policy and catalog fallback without React/Nest dependencies. The application selects the ICU formatter and recipient preferences.
